As all nursing mothers know, we're just trying to feed our babies. What's so offensive about that?

The moms at Breastfeeding Mama Talk have put together a helpful list of reasons breastfeeding is totally not offensive and some of them are hilariously accurate! Check it out:

#1.) Breastfeeding, bottle feeding, stuffing your mouth with a double cheese, extra mayo burger is all simply eating. You happen to eat burgers and some babies happen to eat from a breast. Tomato tomato , right?

I'm pretty sure my kid feels about nursing the same way I feel about cheeseburgers. Who doesn't love cheeseburgers? Cheeseburgers are great, so is breastfeeding.

#2.) Not everyone finds breastfeeding beautiful, not everyone wants to see it, I get that, but just because you happen to see something you would have rather not see it doesn't make it offensive. I do not find people who eat with their mouth open beautiful and I don't want see it and guess what I do? I don't look because it's their legal right to enjoy their meal however they decide to consume it just like it's a woman's legal right to breastfeed however she wants.

That's perfect. I'm going to need to memorize that. By the way, chewing with your mouth open is totally gross.

#3.) Breastfeeding is what kept mankind alive since the beginning of time, so being offended by breastfeeding is like being offended by the air we all breathe.

Again, this is gold!  Being offended by breastfeeding sounds completely ridiculous after reading this list. In fact, I'm thinking of getting it printed on the back of a t-shirt. That would totally embarrass my husband, but still… it would be great.
