Have you seen this? Talk about a dream come true for the women who are working for Rachel Zoe. Could you imagine having the opportunity to take your kids to work with you every day?

Apparently, for these women, that dream has become a reality. Rachel Zoe opened a nursery for the moms on her team. Kudos to her! What a way to encourage a healthy work-life balance!

I totally wish that I could take my son to work with me – or at least have him close enough that I could take a few breaks to hang out. I would love to be able to take my lunches with him or maybe even a quick afternoon walk.
