Fireworks Fun Without The Fire

We are really excited about celebrating The Fourth! Holidays are so much more fun with kids. Children make the holidays truly magical. Everything is exciting through their eyes.

Celebrating Independence Day with young children does require some creativity though. Often community fireworks displays are too noisy for their sensitive ears or too late at night for them to really enjoy. Not to mention the inherent danger in having small children around fireworks.

So how can you enjoy the holiday without the signature fireworks? Kids will still love all the BBQs and poolside fun that happens around Independence Day. Is there more we can do?
