Child Abuse Is The Victim’s Fault? What Do The Duggars Think?

Stemming from sexual abuse allegations against Josh Duggar, “19 Kids and Counting” has been yanked from TLC.  He was accused of molesting 5 underage girls, which included some of his younger sisters, when he was a teen.

I have never been a fan of the Duggars.  I don't have anything against the family personally – I just don't buy into the “We'll have as many kids as God gives us” mentality.

I am also a advocate of protecting victims of any form of abuse, whether it be sexual, mental or physical.  I used to volunteer for a Domestic Violence shelter, and that experience opened my eyes to the horrors of the world.

Especially in cases of sexual abuse.  The victims are demoralized, some beyond repair.  It is devastating and not all of the wounds heal.  I can't begin to imagine what these girls are going through, or what they endured before this came to light.
