5 Reasons Why I Need My Husband

Before we had kids, I periodically told my husband “I don't need you, but I do want you by my side.” When I was pregnant with our first child, I realized that's just not true at all. It was during that difficult time in my life (it was a very difficult pregnancy) that I recognized that I truly do need my husband.

Now that we have kids, I am 100% certain that I need him every day. I often feel grateful that I'm not a single mother, because I don't know how I'd do it. I can't imagine how I would possibly hold this family together on my own. I need my husband.
