What To Do With Kids On Snow Days

Ah….the dreaded snow day.  The bane of every mother's existence.  Either you have to arrange for daycare, if you work, or you have to…..wait for it….entertain them.  And, considering you didn't take those education classes, or crafting classes, how in the hell do you do that?  Isn't a non-stop TV marathon on PBS enough?  Not unless you want your children to become unambitious drones it isn't.  

Coloring books, baking cookies, Rainbow Loom are all valid options, although the baking would require your participation.  How much participation is up to you.  You can give them pillows and blankets to build a living room fort and hope to God they fall asleep in the midst of it, so you can get caught up on Housewives of Beverly Hills.
