Moms look forward to playdates or get to call their girlfriends to vent and relate to other Moms about daily parenting and housewife struggles. Rather than worrying about what they sound like whining and complaining to their husbands, they save it for when they actually have time to chat with other Moms who will totally relate and understand and get it.

But Dads don't often get to express and discuss the challenges and pressure they feel daily that come with a marriage with kids. Dads tend to keep it together and certainly don't have meltdowns like us Moms sometimes do.  😉 They seem to approach parenting calmly and don't let the little things stress them out as much…at least as far as we know.

One Dad wrote about what the pressures of parenting really look like on a marriage. It's really nice to actually see this from a Dad's perspective, since they don't often express it, how they really feel some days…and it's a lot similar to how Moms feel too.
