9 Indoor Activities For Hyper Kids

My son has tons of energy! I wish I had that much energy. Sometimes it's all I can do to keep up with him through the day.  Recently, we started having some behavior problems with my son. It took a few weeks for me to figure out what the problem was. The solution? He needed to get outside and burn off some energy in a way that hyper little boys just can't do indoors.

Afterwards, a friend asked me what I intended to do on the days I couldn't take him outside.  It was difficult to think of ideas for entertaining a hyper child (and burning off some of that legendary energy) while staying indoors.
