The holidays can be so stressful! As moms, we're trying hard to be the best hostess, make the most magical memories, have the most beautiful homes, the best food, give the best gifts…. it's all very overwhelming at times.

We spend most of the holidays doing what we do all year long, in overdrive: we take care of everyone else.  We're so great at taking care of our families that we often forget to take care of ourselves. We don't take any breaks, we don't go out of the way to do anything for ourselves, it's all about our loved ones.

Then, somewhere amidst all that chaos, we break down and we're suddenly not okay. It comes out of nowhere, but truthfully it's been building. So how do you know you need to take a break and take care of yourself?
