Baby’s First Year: Awesome? Or Horrible?

With my second child on the way, I'm thinking a lot about that first year. There's so much I miss about it.

I can't wait to hold my sweet little infant! I miss the days when my firstborn wanted to snuggle and nurse all day. These days I'm lucky if I get a hug on my way out the door.

It's not all roses though, there's a lot of difficulty in that first year. Teething, first fever, sleepless nights… it's no cake walk.
