I'm as shocked as you are, no doubt. Cheese is seriously at the top of my list of favorite foods. And I assure you that I'm not even picky about it. Any cheese will do. Cheddar, Mozzarella, Colby-Jack, or Provolone. It's all the same as far as I'm concerned.

One of my favorite quick and easy snacks is melted cheese over pierogies. They're especially good with ranch too. Yep, like I said. Cheese is a wonder food. Surprisingly, apparently a new study by the University of Michigan shares my views.

It seems that, according this study, a preservative in cheese can help kill cancer kills. Not just any cheese, though. And while we're on the subject (and for that matter, before we get too far ahead of ourselves), it's of course only been tested on mice thus far. But it's definitely an interesting idea, right? Check it out on the next page.
