I may or may not have mentioned to my husband on numerous occasions that I can't get this time back. I've reminded him over and over again that our son is growing and changing every day. What seemed impossible yesterday is within reach today.

I can't even begin to wrap my head around it. It's hard to believe that last year at this time, I had a baby who could barely do anything for himself and now I have a full-fledged toddler who's giving me a run for my money.

If I turn around for just a second, he takes off. And then I end up playing a game of tag kid-style, which really isn't tag at all. It's more like chase me, mama. As he squeals with excitement, up the steps he goes. He's actually gotten rather efficient with it and of course I'm always just a few steps behind.

One mom wrote an article listing the things she won't regret doing with her kids and I can totally relate to it. You're definitely going to want to check it out.
