Should I Go Back To Work Or Stay At Home With My Baby?

Have you have “the talk” yet? You know, the one where you considered staying home instead of going back to work? How did that go? Right now, we’re having the talk. There is no perfect solution. There are positives and negatives to working and staying home with the kiddos. After two years of begging to stay home and having my husband give me a reality check about our finances, he’s telling me we can finally do it! He has figured out a way!

I should be ecstatic. This is what I wanted right? Actually, I’m a little afraid. There are a lot of pros and cons to both sides of this decision. Some of the benefits are obvious, others not so much. Here they are: three great reasons to stay home with my kids and three great reasons to keep working.
