1. Gerber Graduates Yogurt Melts – These were the first snacks that we tried. They seem to dissolve really quickly. These come in several different flavors – banana vanilla, peach, strawberry, and mixed berries. I also noticed fruit & veggie melts the last time I was at grocery store, but we haven’t had the chance to try them yet.
2. Happy Baby Organic Puffs – Around the same time, we tried puffs as well. We started with the Happy Baby ones. We were breaking these up some at first.
3. Gerber Graduates Puffs – Once we got the hang of the Happy Baby puffs, we started eating the Gerber ones that are shaped like stars.
4. Cheerios – Ah, Cheerios. I remember eating these as a kid. The little guy loves them too. I give him a handful of them and he’ll sit in his high chair and happily snack on them. It’s the most adorable thing. I will say one thing. The dog doesn’t drift all that far because he claims anything that gets dropped. Those two are so cute.
5. Bananas – I bought bananas and cut them up into small pieces. I love bananas, so I usually give him some and then I eat the rest of it. There’s no way he’s eating an entire banana by himself, but he’ll eat a few little pieces here and there.
6. Shredded cheese – I’ve also given him soft cheeses that are shredded into small pieces like mozzarella, which we usually always have here. I’m crazy about cheese. As far as I’m concerned, it’s a food group in and of itself.
7. Graham crackers – Lately, we’ve been eating small pieces of graham crackers. Now that he’s starting to get the hang of this, we can start breaking things into larger pieces, but we started out with really small pieces and I, of course, ate some too.
8. Gerber Graduates Arrowroot Cookies – These cookies are marked 10m+ and the little guy was probably about 10 months, give or take, when we tried them for the first time. They’re normal-sized cookies, but they get soft and mushy. I do tend to keep a closer eye on him when he has them, but we haven’t had any issues and he loves them.
