Cheap Christmas Traditions For Families

This year our family is searching for ways to enjoy the holidays a little differently.

My parents are now caring for my aging grandmother, my brother and his wife just had a baby, my sister and her husband just moved two states away, and my youngest brother is a poor college student. As for my immediate family, we have two birthdays in December, we've added another baby, and we recently transitioned to me being a stay at home mom.  Nobody has much money for extravagant gifting.
