What makes someone a good mom? Is there a list of rules somewhere or maybe even a book that explains everything in detail? Is it something that we're supposed to figure out on our own? For that matter, is there one standard definition that applies to all of us?

Being a good mom seems to be more a matter of finding what works best for you, even if it happens to be different than the norm. It's about knowing your little one and trusting yourself. Being a good mom might mean not always going along with the popular opinion and maybe even learning as you go.
