Sometimes I think we plan too much of our kids' lives these days. During the majority of the year, we trust public school and extracurricular activities to keep them busy most of the year. In the Summer, we worry. We worry about what they might be getting involved in with all that free time.

Admit it, you're breathing a little easier now that school is going again. As a teacher, I'll have more than a few parents in my classroom next week thanking me for teaching and telling me how glad they are that it's time for school again.
