One thing I've always been somewhat strict about is bedtime. It's important to me that my toddler gets enough sleep each night. An earlier bedtime definitely makes for a happier and healthier kiddo. I'm sure that's something we can all agree on.

The problem is that it's entirely too easy to get lax about it. I know that I occasionally do. From time to time, I find all of us going to bed a lot later than I'd like. We get sick and it throws us off our schedule. I try so hard not to let it happen, but it inevitably does.
